The existing detached house had a double garage with a flat roof which extended over the previous entrance door and bay window.

The double garage was not being used and the family wanted an additional ground floor room to form a study / playroom.

A room was formed, a single garage retained, a new porch / entrance and new pitched roof over. The windows were also replaced in a new style. Planning and building regulations approved.
