TECH: D Ltd offer Architectural services to seek a creative design tailored to suit your budget and your building aspirations, function and ideas. We take pride in each design, however big or small. We believe that good design makes economic sense.
We will guide you from your building wishes, aspirations, ideas to produce a pleasing design. This design will then be developed to produce drawings and specifications to gain the required planning and building regulation approvals to enable your building project to come to fruition.
We will manage the process throughout in a friendly and professional manner.
We use the latest computer aided drawing (CAD), 3D BIM and design software.

I am an Architectural Technologist and designer with over 35 years’ experience in the architectural and construction industry, procuring buildings of all types and sizes. I have worked on new builds and refurbishments, from inception to completion, including site inspections and contract running. I have experience with working in numerous prestige private Architectural practices (large and small) at the cutting edge of architectural design plus local authorities and housing associations. Giving me a vast knowledge of construction techniques, materials and detailing to suit all design options. I am fully conversant with the planning and building regulations process and requirements.
