The family required an additional bedroom due to the arrival of a 3rd child. The 2 other children, boy and girl, approaching teenage years. The family required an additional bedroom. The current first floor layout was explored as to potential re-modelling to form an additional bedroom however the most economical solution was to provide a ground floor rear extension.
